Filling Equipment:

SysTec Engineering offers filling equipment to automate the filling process from storage tanks to containers ranging from a few fluid ounces to tote bins!

Conveyors:

Without question, you cannot measure the importance of moving product from Point A to Point B when automating the product handling process. Conveying systems make moving products quick and easy. Whether you are moving small ink cartridges, individual fruit cups, bottles and cans, paint cans or 55-gallon drums, SysTec Engineering can design a conveying system that is perfect for your product and your facility layout regardless of how small or large they may be.

Carton Erecting Equipment and Carton Wrapping Equipment:

Now your products are manufactured and ready to hit the marketplace, but you still have to put them in their individual packaging and, in some cases, wrap those individual packages. Could there possibly be a more tedious and time-consuming chore than erecting cartons by hand? Certainly, you can think of more productive things your workers can do than this! This is why SysTec Engineering offers carton erecting and carton wrapping sealing equipment to further automate your packaging process.

Available options for carton erectors include:

• Capability of erecting cartons of differing sizes quickly and, in most cases, tool-less
• Semi or fully automated PLC-driven
• Variable speeds
• Hot melt glue systems or tuck closures
• Ink-jet or deboss coders

Available options for Carton Wrapping Equipment include:

• Ability to wrap cartons of various size and shape

Case Forming, Case Packing and Case Sealing Equipment:

Continuing the product handling and packaging cycle, once your products are in their individual cartons, they then may need to be packed in cases (which need to be erected or formed) and sealed so that individual packages don't fall out during warehousing or transport to your customers. SysTec Engineering would be doing a disservice if we did not offer case forming, case packing and case sealing equipment, which, like carton erecting and wrapping equipment can be purchased individually or as part of a complete system.

Available options for case forming equipment include:

• Tool-less change-over
• Hot or cold glue or tape sealing
• Positive case opening without vacuum easily accepts marginal quality corrugated board

Available options for case packing equipment include:

• Top, bottom, side or end load packing
• Easy change-over for use with multiple products

Palletizers, Depalletizers and Controls:

Now your product has been manufactured, packaged, sealed and put into cases, but the product handling process still isn't complete. There is still the need to place full cases of product onto pallets to then be warehoused and/or transported to your customers. And, yes, there is an easier way than manually placing these cases onto pallets and SysTec Engineering can design an automated palletizing system for your products!

Available options for palletizers include:

• Low or high in-feed systems
• Variable speed loading
• PLC-driven
• Non-contact product turning
• Drum and barrel palletizers
